For more than four decades, James & Sons has helped customers find the perfect gifts for that special someone. Devoted to making jewelry shopping an easy and fun experience, they wanted a campaign that made the shopper feel more at ease and empowered with what most see as a very daunting and confusing purchase. We developed the campaign theme “Be Brilliant” which spoke to the quality of the merchandise, expert staff, and how shoppers will feel when they walk in the door.
